I found a rug I was looking at in a store for a much better price on rugsHQ.com. I have yet to receive the product, but am so far satisfied with the service.

This site was very easy to use and there prices were actually lower than some of the other sites I was using. I am so glad I stumbled upon it!!!

My purchase experience went very well with RugsHQ. I just placed the order and haven't received the rugs yet so I cannot comment on the delivery process. I have previously purchased from other online rug sites but they did not have the stock of the rug I was interested in so I discovered RugsHQ and had a nice experience.

Had no issues with using website. However, they do need to provide more shipping details (example: delivery date for free shipping as compared to delivery date for 'very fast' $25 shipping).

I had small issues navigating the website (when i viewed a rug i would get kicked back to the beginning list of rugs in the search). I also paid for faster delivery and I'm glad I did because if i didn't I wouldn't have had it in time for my party. All that said, I would certainly consider purchasing in the future.
