RugsHQ has a great selection and awesome customer service. I will definitely shop here again!

First time buyer to Rugs HG, and found the experience easy and professional. Even at 7am west coast, there was someone on their on-line instant chat to answer all my questions. Great customer service. Bought a 8 x 11 rug and looking forward to its delivery.

I contacted Rugs HQ help desk to verify the availability of the product I was looking for and clarify the promotional code challenges. I received all my answers and a promo code fix within 5 minutes. With no doubts I ordered the product and look forward to the same awesome service during the delivery process.

I have shopped this rug for months....looking forward to very pleasant shipping experience...so far it's been easy.

I LOVED shopping with this company! The selection was awesome and check-out seriously took me 2 minutes. They also have great discount codes that were applied to my order and it came with free rug pads! I'm pretty impressed...

I've been looking for an area rug with a mix of gray and blue for awhile now! I found it on this site and I can't wait to get it! Ordering was easy.

We're purchasing a beautiful runner from RugsHQ. In the process of checking out (which, as I said, was so very simple) we discovered that they will be including a free rug pad! Nice! We recommend this Company, and are looking forward to enjoying our rug. Thank you!

I'd been looking for just the right living room rug for over 2 years--had seen literally hundreds and couldn't choose one. Couldn't find one that matched all of my specifications: good quality/hand tufted, 4x6 to 5x8 size; pattern and colors that I LOVED and that would not clash with the couch material; under $1,000. This morning, I fell in love with a pattern--just what I wanted, but the online store did not have it in the size I required. I googled the rug make and model and within minutes was able to buy it from RugsHQ at WAY under my maximum price.
