RugsHQ.comReviews of rugshq.com

Found exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price. Free shipping, free pad, great site!!

It was very easy to order this rug, and the same rug cost double the price at a "discount direct" store in my area. I am looking forward to receiving it and seeing it in person! So...update. Going down from 5 stars to 3 pending resolution. After receiving my rug later than originally suggested by the tracking, I was out of town upon receipt. When I got back from my trip, the wrong color was shipped, green instead of ivory. Big difference. I tried to call and emailed for a resolution. I hope they will send me the rug I ordered with no penalty or return shipping since it was an error on their part. We'll see. Great news. Shipping replacement rug and company paying return shipping. Took a few days to straighten out but all seems good now.

I am reviewing Rugs HQ after purchasing a rug from their site. Their prices are much lower than competitors and they offer great discounts on top of that. At this time, I am giving a 4 star review rather than a 5 star review only because it is too early for me to have received my order and I can't comment on shipping or product quality on arrival. This review is in exchange for a discount on my order. Based on price and the website shopping experience alone, this is a 5 star review. I hope that after I receive my shipment I will continue to be this satisfied. If so, I will be a repeat customer.

I really appreciate the low prices of this website. I looked around and found this website to be extremely useful and efficient.

This company has excellent collection of rugs at very good price. Great customer support. Easy to use website.

Very good collection of rugs with the best prices online!

I had been looking for a longer runner forever. I was able to find the exact one I wanted on RugsHQ.com and saved over $35.

I found this website using Google Shop. I searched the rug I wanted and RugsHQ.com had the lowest price, and they had good reviews. I proceeded to the website and found my rug with a bonus discount code of 15% off the already low price plus a free rug pad. Can't beat that! I used the chat feature to ask about multiple tenders for payment which they do not do, however it was easy to get a customer service representative to help. They were courteous and helpful. I just placed my order so I cannot speak to quality of product but I had a good experience with finding product, product price, and order placement. I also appreciated that Paypal was accepted.
