RugsHQ.comReviews of rugshq.com

Rugs HQ has top notch customer service. I was able to chat with someone online and answer all my questions.

Easy online ordering and great customer service!

I cant wait to get my rug. I ordered the same rug from another company in a smaller size. I loved it so much I wanted to order a larger size. They were out of stock. I found your site and you have the size I'm looking for. I can't wait to get it and I also get a free pad.

Super fast shipping best quality around and at a great price !

Huge selection! Great prices! Well known manufacturers. I was very pleased with the styles and prices of the rugs I searched. I have been looking for months for a new dining room rug and finally found something I really like at a price that I found much less than other on-line merchants.

I've been looking for this certain rug for a long time and this was the website with the lowest price - by quite a bit!

Rugshq.com made it easy to see the different sizes of the rugs available. I found their pictures are larger than competitor's sites. Chat was helpful as I had questions about the rug I ordered and someone was available for that. My only criticism is that they don't post the pile height of the rug. Many retailers have gotten away from this practice, which is a shame because it's an important piece of information- door clearance, rug pad needed, plushness, etc. However, their chat feature allowed me to discover this info, so all good. Thanks!

Love these rugs and the great prices.
