Great service, lovely product
I ordered my home office/guest room rug from RugsHQ.com, because they offered it at a very favorable price and free shipping. Their service was quick, communication was excellent and they even included a free rug pad in the deal. The rug and rug pad were shipped separately, which was not a problem for me, but it seemed a bit wasteful energy-wise for the delivery truck guys, as I live in a slightly remote place.

Set Great Expectations
Typically when ordering a product online and you end up finding out that it's backordered for 2-3mos you assume that it will likely never show up within that time frame and potentially not at all. RugsHQ got it down to the day from the day I purchased to the day the rug showed up at my door. Simply awesome.

best prices
I had found the rug I wanted at several sites and RUGSHQ.COM had the best pricing by far. They were also honest about the item being on back order, which I found to be great customer service.
