This is my first purchase with RugsHQ & I am very impressed with their customer service & their prices!! While I was trying to place my order, I noticed that the price on the their website didn't match the price in my cart. I contacted them via email & within 1 hour, they had the problem fixed in my cart! I still had more questions about the rug I was purchasing so I contacted them again and once again, they promptly replied with an answer. I found this same rug on other sites for up to $100 more. I have already recommended this company to my friends!

I initially ordered the wrong size rug, and I wanted to change my order. I was able to get connected to a sales rep almost instantly, and he was extremely helpful. The price is great, the service is great, and from what I can see, the rug is perfect for my son's room. I Wil update once it arrives. I'll definitely be doing business with this company again.

I had some questions about the rug color, and discounts. Just jumped on chat, and they helped me through the entire process. Love the free shipping. Will order from here again.

Everything has been great, I found better prices on rugshq.com than most other websites. I only wish that you could more easily order free samples of rugs but I am excited to receive our sample and hopefully go forward and purchase the 8x11 rug we are needing!

I found this rug at a high end furniture store. I purchased, with the assistance of a designer, a new living room. i took a carpet sample home to see if it would work and I loved it. I googled the rug manufacturer and found this site. I cannot believe I purchased this rug at this price. I will use this site again.

The title says it all! I was looking for a specific rug that was sold out in some of the upscale online retailers, and not only RugsHQ had them in stock but at much better price. Highly recommended.
