Customer service was very helpful with my order
I found a rug that I wanted but it said out of stock. I called customer service and they told me I could order the rug and it would be in stock on June 8. They also gave me a 10% discount and free rug pad which I thought was very customer friendly and customer oriented. The customer service rep was very personable and helpful which in my opinion is very important. I will definitely buy another rug from Rugshq.

Best Styles, Best Prices
I have been in search of the perfect rug for many months. I was looking for something very specific and could not find it anywhere! I just found RugsHQ.com today and immediately found the style, size and color rug I've been searching for. After researching the brand name of the rug and the style number, I found that RugsHQ.com also offered it at the lowest price, and with free shipping and no tax. I am completely thrilled with my order, and can't wait to receive it in the mail!

Great Selection
Fantastic selection of rugs and love that RugsHQ offers discounts. I did a major price comparison to other sites and the other sites didn't even come close to the discounts that RugsHQ offers.
