Great ordering experience and service - and the best price out there!
I had been looking for a particular rug for a long time and had seen it on several different websites, as well as in department stores, but hesitated to buy it because it was quite expensive. After a lot of searching and comparison shopping, I found RugsHQ and they had the same rug for a significantly lower price (and no tax and free shipping). And, when I chatted online with a customer service representative, they made sure that I received the best promotion that was currently being offered so I got an additional discount off my order. Very good customer service! Plus RugsHQ has a great selection of styles and brands that I like. Can't wait to receive my new rug!

Excellent Customer Service
I had never dealt with this company before, but so far so good! I have ordered a small rug as a "sample" and looking forward to receiving it in person. I had a question prior to ordering, and customer service got back to me very quickly. Hope the quality of the rug is as good as the quality of the customer service!

I finally found a good selection of Loloi rugs!
I looked on more than 7 websites for 3 hours trying to find a rug for my deck. In my research I realized I love the designs of the Loloi line and finally found great choices, sizes and prices on RugsHQ. The checkout was painless and the free shipping and rug pad was a bonus! Wide selection and super easy transactions!
After endless research on area rugs for the living room in our new house, I happened upon RugsHQ.com. I'm so glad I did! There were so many wool options -even for my specific color scheme of grey and yellow - and the transaction experience could not have been more easy and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone lookin for rugs - they are truly diamonds in the rough!
