So far my experience has been good.
I found out my order would be delayed or cancelled because of a backorder. It took me awhile to respond, so it was cancelled. However, I was warned and have since, reordered.

If my rug ships pronto - then I'm a happy camper
I've been trying to buy a certain rug for months now and other sites keep putting it on perma-backorder. I'm hoping I can get it here now. The purchase process was easy and discount nice. If it comes within a week - I'll give my 5 star vote.

Awesome customer service awesome selection!!
We had our eye on a rug and had been looking at it for over a year. We were ready to buy it and it turned out to be discontinued even though it was still up on the website. Talked to customer service and they offered me 20 % off on another rug. This made for a good customer experience and we couldn't be happier!

Good Price, Easy Checkout
I can't report on the product, the shipping, or the customer service since I only just ordered my item. However, the checkout experience was very easy, and I was happy with the price. So far, so good!
