This company is a scam. DO NOT order anything! They will not honor a return...they will steal your money! Unprofessional and dishonest!

I ordered some dresses for my mom. First of all it took almost a month to get them. The same day ,she reviewed them ,the material was horrible . They didn't fit looked like bathrobes . I contacted the company the very day . The total was.125.97.They contacted me and started with 20.00. I declined .Again they offered 25.00.Again I declined . Last time they offered 60.00.Again I declined . I told them from day one, she wanted all her money back and to return them. They gave me some address in Dubai. And it's expensive to send.back. This company is a total Scam !!! Will never order again,and will report them to everyone I know. The refund process was suppose to be easy. They have us a hard time from day one .

Placed order 9559474 & payment taken from my account on 12/11 & yet to recieve order. Have emailed twice with no response Very disappointed with business ethics

The dress in the picture online and the material in person do not look the same. The glitter on the maxi dress is not glitter, it’s just a design in the very thin material. I have reached out to the company 5 times to I get a return code with no reply still.

This company is a scam and the clothes are horrible! Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Trying to return a product that does not fit and all they want to offer is 7$ for a 60$ dress and for me to keep the dress. They advertise easy return. There is nothing easy about it. I would not recommend this companies products to anyone nor will I ever be ordering anything else from them.

I have tried many times to reach the return department. I received a dress that I did not order and want to return it. I also ordered another dress that I did not receive. Very frustrating.

This is a scam company all the way. I received my clothing after a long wait. The dress was terrible material and baggy fit. Impossible to return. Only offered me $7.00 for the $41.00 I spent. Finally, received $21.00 after many days and many letters. I would need to return to Dubai. There are no reviews on the website. I didn’t catch that!
