I wasn't familiar with RubyMoves/Ruby International, but after getting several estimates, my company chose them to handle the relocation of our household from southern Italy to southern Oklahoma after long-term overseas employment. From first contact, there was great communication -- they kept me informed at every step and responded quickly (sometimes after hours!) to any questions I had. They provided me with everything I needed to know, and told me exactly what info they needed from me. I complicated the import/export procedures by including some dutiable stuff in the shipment, and they even made that easy for me; they sent me the necessary forms and customs clearance was quickly and professionally handled. Their affiliates in Italy and their crew here in the States were all hard-working and efficient. Our things were packed well and delivered in the same condition in which they were shipped. Unloading was done quickly and while we didn't want much unpacked or assembled, that little bit was done perfectly in accordance with our wishes. The final item -- our car -- was unloaded at the end of our driveway this morning, shiny and ready to drive. As someone who hates moving, I must say that Ruby International's professional door-to-door service made it a fairly painless experience!

I needed an international shipper for a move from LA to Belize. I had received several quotes that were shockingly expensive, not to mention, no one could give me an idea of what customs/duty fees would be. Ruby streamlined the process, provided me with a quote, which was SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER than anyone else, as well as what the duty fees would be within an hour! I was delighted! The move went well and I could not have been happier! This is a woman owned business and I like supporting women in business! Sorry guys! Move over for Ruby Moves!

Thanks to Ruby International for a perfect door-to-door move. From my first contact with them to destination, everything went perfect. They spent a lot of time explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Our shipment arrived in perfect condition in the quoted time and the bill was exactly what I was quoted. We couldn't have asked for better service. Our satisfaction level is 10 out of 10.

Outstanding service--There are too many examples of the quality of care and personal attention I received that I do not know where to begin! Each person I worked with especially Karen and Ayal made me feel like I mattered, like they were helping a family member. I worked mostly with Karen and she was informative and really AVAILALBLE! Especially in a critical situation when I needed immediate help. Helen answered emails swiftly, too. Ayl was a wonderful representative, very knowledgeable and honest. From start to finish our experience was 100% as promised. In fact they underpromised and over delivered. Our items arrived in Panama very quickly. Everything was smooth. I would highly recommend them.

Container load from Florida to Spain. I can’t recommend Rubymoves enough. From the very start of enquiring into how to ship, to being delivered to my door I was helped every step of the way. They had nothing but patience with two senior citizens and nothing was too much trouble for them. Absolutely brilliant!
