Would not recommend!! Been trying to redeem winnings for 13 days now. I've been told every excuse imaginable and have tried 4 different cards to redeem to. I was told the issue was escalated to the finance department and i would get a response within 24hrs of a resolution....a week ago. Still nothing. Don't waste your money on this site!

Most of the time when I sign up for a new social casino I win right out of the gate. Not with Ruby whatever the hell it's called I don't even know the name of the goddamn website and I don't really care at this point. I spun around 35 SC and never even doubled it. Didn't even win a quarter of the amount. Every slot that I played was a loss. What perfect luck for me to come in on the uptick of the volatility cycle. Pretty obvious they've got the RTP turned waaaay down here. They can comment whatever BS reply they want, they are lying. One of the worst RTP I've seen, and when you actually do get a feature it is terrible. Also, it has the famous extra roll on their wheels. If you know you know, and you'll stay away. I wouldn't doubt it if they've paid for their positive reviews. It's obvious when the feature is supposed to hit and it does a weird extra roll, almost glitches out because they've doctored the code. Withdrawal canceled after excessive verification requests My experience with RubyChips has been extremely frustrating. I requested a withdrawal, but instead of receiving my money, RubyChips canceled my withdrawal, claiming that additional verification was required. I have already provided extensive personal and financial information, including my identification, Social Security number, bank statements, card screenshots, photographs, and other requested verification documents. However, they continue asking for more information, including an original PDF bank statement showing a specific card, even though I am not using that card to receive my redemption. Every time I provide what they request, they ask for something else. If my Social Security number and all the documentation I already submitted are not sufficient to verify my identity, why did they request them? I have cooperated repeatedly, but my redemption has still not been processed. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend RubyChips. Customers should be aware that withdrawing their winnings may involve repeated and excessive verification requests. I will update this review if RubyChips completes my verification and pays my redemption.
