RubberSheetWarehouseReviews of rubbersheetwarehouse.com

We are a Union Glass Company in Las Vegas Nevada that has ordered materials previously from Rubber Sheet Warehouse without any issues. We placed another order recently and paid for. We have not moved shop locations since ce our last order and this recent order was shipped to a address completely across the valley. I reached out to both UPS who was the shipping carrier as well ad RSW. We were told to files a claim with RSW . I contacted RSW and was basically told we entered the Incorrect shipping address and we would have to create a new order and file a claim with USPS which was not the shipping carrier to begin with.... Sent emails...tried calling 7 different times and could never speak with anyone. We will take our UNION business elsewhere. I would NOT recommend this company to any other union OR non union shops in the valley.

Ordered Aug 24, was immediately sent a tracking which is always suspect. They are in CA, I am in AZ. Product did not arrive that week. I emailed, no response, I called, voicemail, I used live chat and left a message. Received my order (repeat customer) Sept 3. Wrong size. Called, no answer, live chat, no answer.

Weeks have passed and still no movement on my order. It is perpetually sitting awaiting fulfillment on their end. They have no phone number on the site and don't seem to respond to emails either. No way to cancel so now begins the headache of going through the bank to cancel this transaction.

I have bought over $1500 of rubber from them. Most of the product has been as advertised. However, my most recent order got lost in USPS. I reached out to RSW to tell them this, and they said that they would send me a replacement if tracking showed no updates in 5 days. When that date was reached, I followed up asking that a replacement get sent as no progress was made. I then sent 2 more follow up emails with no response. 2 weeks later, I tracked down a phone number (still having not received the product) and gave them a call. The person on the line was not accommodating at all saying that he never saw my emails and that "I was emailing the wrong person" despite them sending me an initial email saying they would send a replacement. He then hung up on me to "take another call." I called back the next day and spoke the same person who said that I should have "sent an email followup when it didn't make progress" which I did 3 times. He said they don't send out replacements. He then said I could go ahead and order it again if I wanted. Overall, product is good but customer service will gaslight and ran you around in circles.

If you want to make any changes to your order that you placed, forget about getting any sort of customer service from this company. It's a front for a ghost company that barely ran by anyone. This website is merely a order forwarding system that forwards your order to a dropshipper. No matter how much you try to contact them (via phone, message, facebook, or even instagram), they will NEVER reach back out to you. What that means is that you better be 100% sure of what you order every single time. Oh and don't forget that even if the policy states returns are accepted, there will be NOBODY to process your return. I'd so far ordered over $2000 of their product and am regretting every cent I spent on this website. Oh and better belive there will be no additional orders placed with this sham of a company.

In addition to the unforgettable name, RSW offers a wide selection of neoprene and silicone rubber products. My order was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. I purchased small rolls of dense neoprene in two thicknesses, to use when mounting parts or accessories to bicycles, etc.
