Don't use this company!
I was in the USA under the Work and Travel program and contacted RT Tax to help me obtain my U.S. tax refund. They later told me that the IRS did not issue my refund. Almost two years later, when I returned to the USA, I contacted the IRS directly. The IRS informed me that my refund had actually been issued and sent about a year earlier, and that I should have received it. I tried to contact the company that helped me file my taxes to clarify the situation, but they stopped responding to my messages. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be careful before using their services.
