Damage to my home on june 13th it's august 24th and RRT has yet to place a single nail in my home .. 2 months of cold showers washing dishes in cold water.. bugs getting inside home .. all I get are empty promises of "we are on it" my insurance company has agreed to.pay for damages and unfortunately for me their preferred contractor us RRT

I worked for Rapid Response for almost 6 years and one week before covid-19 hit I was fired with no notice. The branch manager in Bradenton is shady and a liar. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

i was coming back from the Bay Pines Va one day and a white guy shaved head porkchop looking sideburns was switching lanes and ran me off the road and i know he didn't even look to see me because i could see in his side mirror. Cool whatever. Not even a couple minutes later this jacka$$ does it again. So i hunk the horn and move in front of him because obviously bouncing around his truck to his music is or whatever he was doing hold his phone up while he was driving was more important than other drivers safety. Then he pulls up beside me and starts taking pictures and laughing like he was going to do something. highly doubt it. you sir, are very lucky.

I was pleased in September 2018, but not this summer, when repairs were necessary following multiple roof leaks from the original job! I first contacted RRT on June 17. The roof repair happened TWO MONTHS later, on August 14, but the inside repairs (small areas of water-soaked ceiling and wall) are STILL not done as of September 12! No one from RRT has checked back to see how things are going.i just messaged Owen Romero of HD Roofing about the unfinished work, and he claims his guys told him they had completed the inside. Nope.
