Very bad people they come across as they will throw you in a soon as you question them. Stay away from them. The MD don't understand the law and trys to sound clever 🙄 but only with a shovle.

THIS COMPANY HAS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE OUT TO CHEAT SENIOR CITIZENS Our experience with this company and their employee Emily Frieg was horrible. They were part of the managed repair program with Citizen's insurance and were contracted to replace our kitchen and living areas due to a flood. We met with her the first time and all she could tell us was her ongoing problems and being stressed out with her work assignments. We decided to do some additional work at our expense with her and Rapid Response and then had to wait almost two months for any estimates for these change orders. First example of her dishonesty was when she called us on a Friday afternoon and said that her crew was ready to tear out our floors on Monday morning. We said wait you haven't even told us how much you are going to charge. Her answer was $5000 and they would be there Monday morning. We had already been quoted $2700 from another company so we of course told her NO! We then met with her flooring contractors and they quoted us $2100 for the same job. After two months when we received the change orders her prices to paint our ceilings was almost $6000. Again we had already been quoted almost half that amount by another contractor. We told her no to the painting at that price and she then told us that they had already started painting and if we did not pay her prices she would halt the entire job even the insurance portion which they had already been paid half for by the insurance company. I was contacted during the repair process once by their "customer service department" who I reluctantly relayed my problems with and was assured that a member of management would contact me and they never did. I also truly believe that my complaints further delayed the completion of this project as it was completed over a month and a half after the promised date.

I have this contractor through my insurance company. They started the worked needed on my property. They haven't finished. I called and left a message. They do not call me back. They picked out the cabinets for my house instead of me!! They told me they were coming over so I let my daughter know to stay at the house and they didn't show up or call. My claim was open in September and it is March. My claim is still open and they do nothing!

My experience with Rapid Response is horrible. This company does not honor their warranty and their work is shoddy. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The warranty manager is horrible and willing to breach warranty contract and leave the customer hanging.

My home suffered damage from a hailstorm and tornado. I chose RRT for the repair and the roof was the first repair. They did a great job on it, then came the fence replacement. They have been working on the fence for over three weeks and have completed about 10% of the work. The crew rarely shows up, and when they do, it's only for a couple hours. They are fastening the fence boards with staples, and when I complain to the main office, I only get excuses and no action. DON'T EVER USE THIS SCAMN COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I know this is my last experience with them.

On 9/24/21, our home was hit by lightning & a fire started. We moved out for 10 months & moved back on orders of PTI when only 40% were complete. On 10/8/22, RR walked off the job for no valid reason. They had access 24/7, and I chose all the materials except the closet. They removed my son's handicap ramp; the bathroom is just a cement pit, and there is a bathtub in my office. It is over 1.5 years since the fire, and RR has not returned. I can't use another vendor, so I have to wait. When are you going to finish the job? BTW the flooring is not wheelchair accessible which we had before.

Horrible customer service After 20 years with Rapid as the best comer service I have ever had.... they are now the worst customer service I have ever had. Not my first complaint that went ignored So bad in fact that my alarm monitoring company has also left them after many years... because of the many complaints like mine Do your own diligence before you sign up with this company

Damage to my garage ceiling, RRT came to replace my garage ceiling, never did paint over the old exterior full on moisture drywall. When I arrive home I found all my ceiling drywall in my garage in the floor. When I contact RRT they said all they had in the contract was to paint… REALLY NOT PROFESSIONAL ALSO LEFT MY EXTERIOR WATER OPEN RUNNING….
