UPDATE: my order took almost a month to arrive, apparently due to an unreadable bar code. This is not the company's fault, but I would have appreciated a call or email from them saying they would investigate the delay. That said, I love the slippers, everything was well-packed, and I would buy from this company again. I placed an order the weeks ago and it has still not arrived. USPS tracking has not moved.... It appears to be lost in transit. I emailed the company to investigate and have received no reply.

I am still waiting for my parcel….I contacted the company because it has been sent on March 3rd for a refund and I have been told to wait longer because I am in Canada. I received an emailed on March 23rd to let know that my parcel is finally in Canada….thanks for the follow up. However it is really long .

Although the cap that I ordered was not in stock, RR got in touch with me to let me know what was available.
