I genuinely wish I could give them 0 stars based on what I went through. I paid $2,000 for a Hajj package that was advertised with specific services and arrangements. After payment, the information I received became inconsistent, important details changed, and the services described were not provided. Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, I never received the package I paid for. When I requested a refund, I did not receive one. Communication did not lead to any resolution, and I was left without the services or my payment. I also received documents that did not match what was originally discussed, which created further confusion and concern. I also noticed that Makkahtravels.co uses a name very similar to a legitimate UK travel agency, which added to my concerns about transparency and clarity across the related websites and entities. Warning signs I personally experienced: • Changing information after payment • Services not delivered • No refund despite multiple requests • Documents that did not match what was originally discussed • Multiple websites with similar or confusing names • Difficulty getting clear, consistent communication Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering Salah Travels, AW GoTravel LLC, Royaltawaf.com, or Makkahtravels.co to carefully verify all details, confirm the legitimacy of the business, and ensure full transparency before making any payments.
