I give it no stars
I give it no stars. Their customer support is horrible. It’s AI and they take hours to reply. No matter what it says on top. They do pay out, but it’s whenever they want to and it’s in small increments at a time. I’ve been waiting on $830 since July 29, 2026. Every time I go to customer support I get the same thing that they’ve had a backup in their payouts and they’re still reviewing my request and it’s in the queue. And I’m pretty sure most of the reviews that you’re reading besides mine. If you get to read, mine are all from the people that have part ownership in this whole Royal redeemed Casino app. Which they oughta name royally reamed me instead cause that makes much more sense. I’ve given these guys plenty of time with the benefit of the doubt before I even thought of writing a review, but they’ve let me no choice, but to express how I feel about their platform. They treat you like an idiot and keep your money to use for whatever they want to until they feel like giving it back or even if they give it back, I’m still waiting on the majority of mine. Stay away from this site if you want to win money. And if anybody don’t believe me, I’ve got screenshots of my winnings that still waiting the winnings they paid the excuses. They’ve given me and anything else you can ask for to prove that these guys are screwing me around.
