Hey S. I talked to you over email, but we are happy to issue a refund we just need you to use the return label we gave you and send it back to us. At no point did we ever say we wouldn't refund you. Also the lab is located in Hawaii, where the perfumist ships from. You have a 90 day guarantee you can use as a new customer, we just ask that you try it out first. Pheromones themselves do not have a strong scent, mostly like a skin smell, but still recommended to cover with a cologne, this is when you see the best results.
