I always get my father in law (who has everything he wants) a special gift for Christmas......He loves his "General"......which is a portrait of Max....the love of his life!!! A perfect gift....made him smile big & giggle!!! And got there on Christmas Eve....Whew!!!

Photo turned out very nicely and was very realistic. I didn't realize all their portraits came with their logo stamped on the bottom corner and so it looks like you have an advertisement in your home.

Hello Nicole! All our portraits have our stamp - a light small logo in the lower corner, you can see it on each portrait on our website before placing an order and in social networks. Real artists work on each portrait and all artists always sign their works of art. It’s not an advertisement. This is our name that speaks of quality and authenticity. Hannah the owner went above and beyond in reaching out to make sure I was using the best possible photograph and staying in touch throughout the process. She also made sure I got my pawtrait before christmas rolled around and I only placed my order on the 15th. The process couldn't have been easier and I felt the customer service was beyond excellent. I am so incredibly pleased with this artwork of my daughter’s dog! I ordered it to give as a Christmas gift for her and I can truly say that it was her favorite present. I’m considering getting some of my dogs as well. They really worked with me and care about the finished product. I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

I am giving them 5 stars for the quality of the product and the quality of customer service. Do to the pandemic, there were delays in shipping. Royal Pawtrait was prepared to send a replacement for a potential lost package and change the shipping address to accommodate. The product does not look like a photo shop. It’s fantastic. Thank you !
