DO NOT USE under any circumstances. These good reviews are 10000% fake. They’re a joke. The lack of professionalism, integrity, and overall competence is astounding. They also hit me with a bait and switch, quoted me one price, and of course, DAY OF when they know I HAVE to use them, upon delivery, stated they needed about $4500 more. It wasn’t until I raised hell about it, then it became $2500- still ridiculous. Danny was over the quote, a complete lack of competence and integrity. Over the phone advised me it was a full lock and load, they pack, they unpack, remove trash, expedited delivery etc. it was none of that. They loaded the trucks with some incompetent random people that pulled up on bikes (from Craigslist for sure like other reviews have said), we still don’t have all of our items. Valuable electronics ‘missing’. They also didn’t get there until super late in the day, allegedly didn’t finish until 3am, and clearly rushed everything and just threw things in boxes at random. A literally complete joke. A toddler could do better. Danny also lied about expediting as well, had to go back and forth on that even after he promised it AND I HAVE MESSAGES confirming this- he tried to deny it when I called him out. To make it worse, when things arrive, there’s ZERO communication whatsoever. I have to keep blowing them up to get ahold of someone because me and my wife have taken off work to do this and need times to plan. It’s pulling teeth getting ANYONE on the phone, yet they’re always available when taking payment. The ‘first’ truck doesn’t get there until 1130 pm, and it’s a driver BY HIMSELF to move 3 massive TVs, all over 70 inches, and several other massive things that I HAD TO HELP HIM MOVE. Had no clue he was coming so late until a few hours before because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone, then they FINALLY answered and had him call me- even though I had left messages. Delivery is just as atrocious with the other truck, again, some randoms with a rented enterprise truck show up after 3 hours, nothing finished, they had to leave, leaving it to 1 guy left do literally bring in furniture, etc. I AGAIN had to assist even though I’m paying for them to do this. Brian and crew are joking around with me the entire time about how AWFUL the pack was and how they would’ve done it differently. How the way things were packed, they’re not surprised every other thing was broken. A lot of valuable items that WE CANNOT GET BACK. Not to mention the missing and broken valuables. (Things from our wedding, trips, pics, etc.) And the worst of all of this is the dispatch ‘tough guy’ Mark. Who tries to blame ME over the phone. His movers are telling me how awful the move is, yet they tell him it wasn’t too bad. When I confront them about it, he tries to say I coerced them- LAUGHABLE. He then calls ME an a**hole and is tells me he won’t chat with me while I’m upset. Obviously NOTHING he’d say in person. Granite, this is after most of my items are broken and this joke of a pack job had ruined tons of items. He received all of the pictures of broken items etc, and proceeds to tell me it’s ’not too bad’. His lack of empathy, ridiculous and condescending tone, and lack of professionalism is an atrocity to the company. And again, nothing whatsoever he’d ever say to me in person- a small guy trying to talk big over the phone. We still don’t have all of our items, and of course, the items we’re missing are some of the most expensive, electronics. PlayStation 5, Xbox, expensive sound system etc. These guys are a JOKE and use 3rd party random, incompetent ’movers’ to move your valuables. Look at the pics I’ve posted, I was told this was normal and nothing was wrong. I’ve moved almost a dozen times cross country, I’ve NEVER had an experience this atrocious. Competent moving companies MAY break one item or 2, not 20+ items. And you can see from the atrocious and childlike packing job why things are broken. We’ll be taking legal action with them unless this is resolved. They are a joke, especially Danny & Mark. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEM.

If I could give zero stars I would. My original quote and contract was with North American Moving. I was verbally told delivery would be within 2 weeks from pick up. Then when they came and picked up my belongings, all the sudden they wanted to charge me more than double and wanted to charge an extra $780 to pack 2 medium size boxes. Almost everything was already packed. I had some loose items that wouldn't fit in a box. I told them to just put all my things back in my storage unit and I would have to come back later and move it myself. Then the manager called me and gave me a more reasonable price. I was nervous to use them at that point just because the driver tried to way over charge me and he took his sweet time packing. I had a 10x15 storage unit that wasn't completely full. It literally took me and one friend to put all my things in my storage in about 6 hours and that was taking two trips because I only was able to get a small uhal. Even the manager at my storage place commented that it took them a super long time. She said there were two other bigger trucks there packing 3 times what I had and they were done packing in less than 3 hours. It took this moving company 5 hours. They deliberately went slow because they knew they had to be out of the storage place before it closed and if I decided to not use them, they wouldn't have had time to put all my things back in my storage unit before they had to leave the storage place. When the manager talked me into still having move my things, I asked him how soon they would deliver my things. He verbally told me they would deliver everything within 2 weeks. After they took off with everything I own, they wanted me to send them a picture of my ID and front and back of my credit card. I thought that was weird and didn't feel comfortable with that. I looked online and it said that is a scam tactic to steel your identity. If this was a reputable company, they would easily have an online secure link where I could pay with my credit card. They had everything I own. I finally had to send them a picture of my ID and card which I still don't feel good about. They wouldn't tell me where the driver was and where my things were. It took me over a week to find out that they put all my things in their warehouse in Nevada. On the contract it states door to door delivery and they told me 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and they still won't tell me when I can expect my things. Oh, also, when they picked up my things, the name changed from North American Moving to Royal Moving. I was told they are the same company and I would still be dealing with my original sales rep at North American Moving from start to finish. As soon as I started having all these issues, I never heard from North American Moving again. I can only get a hold of Royal Moving now and they have been Royal AHs. Now they are saying they have 30 business days to deliver from the first available deliver date. That means they have 6 weeks to delay me getting my things. I looked at the contract more and I'm afraid I just paid over $3k to have them steal everything I own. EVERYTHING!!! I think this is a scam. I wouldn't be surprised if their warehouse is where they organized things to sell on EBay or Market Place. They are stalling and in the contract if no delivery happens, as in all my things stollen, they are only liable to pay a very small fraction of what my things are worth. I'm afraid I just got super screwed over. I have things that can't be replaced and I will never be able to replace everything I need. I literally am being blocked from making money because they have my tools and things I need for my business. This is not ok at all. This is not how you run a business and their customer service is awful. I will never use a moving company ever again. I would have been better off renting a truck and hiring a couple people to help me pack the truck, drive the truck to me new residence, and pay a couple more people to help me unload. It would have cost me less, I would have all my belongings, and I never would have had to go through all this stress.

⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Stay away from Royal Moving and Storage! ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ This was one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had with a company. My services were done in the summer of 2025. What started as a professional moving service turned into a nightmare that lasted for weeks and months. First, after conducting a walkthrough and providing a quote, the company attempted to increase the charges for moving our safe and treadmill. We specifically pointed out these items during the walkthrough, so there should have been no surprises. The bigger issue, however, was what happened during delivery. Royal Moving and Storage outsourced our move to a third-party driver to transport our belongings from Las Vegas to Dallas. Once the truck arrived in Dallas, the company approved the driver to hire four individuals from Craigslist to unload our household goods. These were complete strangers entering our home with no apparent screening, verification, or background checks. The result was devastating. One of those individuals stole my wedding ring. When I reported the theft, the company showed little interest in helping identify or locate the person responsible. There was no accountability, no ownership of the situation, and not even a sincere apology. I ultimately had to file a police report and open a criminal case myself. During the investigation, I learned that the individual had multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest. Ask yourself: What reputable moving company allows random Craigslist hires with criminal warrants into a customer’s home? The emotional toll of knowing that someone capable of theft was inside my home, handling my personal belongings, was significant. Royal Moving and Storage did nothing meaningful to help resolve the situation. As if that weren’t enough, they also lost the box containing screws and hardware needed to reassemble our beds and furniture. One of the Craigslist helpers offered to buy replacement screws and return the next day to finish the work. I paid him a portion of the cost, and he never came back. Thankfully, the driver felt bad enough about the situation to reimburse me. From questionable business practices to a lack of accountability and serious security concerns, this company failed at every level. If you value your belongings, your security, and your peace of mind, look elsewhere. I would never use Royal Moving and Storage again, and I strongly encourage others to do extensive research before trusting this company with their home and possessions.

Absolutely the worst moving company. They moved our family from Seattle to California They hire workers unrated near your move area. The movers took our items to a storage facility in Vancouver WA, opened the boxes, removed what they wanted. Took our Green egg grill, antiques Dishes and other kitchen items. Stole books from boxes. Stepped on in the rain our Danish furniture. Beware, they make many promises like video security. They will mark your boxes, but rest assured, your items no matter are taken to a facility and gone thru. Terrible Called BBB No help, the insurance offered is a joke. If you hire them, follow them to your new home. Trudy and Trevor Govers California

The absoute worst company in the world - every person we worked with 'disappeared' after talking/working with them. Movers were due on Friday -did not show up - finally reached someone in NV and was told the move was not scheduled until Saturday. Movers never showed up - finally rec'd call from movers and was told they were at another customers and would not be done until after 5pm - after 5pm they called and said after 9pm - they arrived after dark about 9:30pm and told us they didn't have supplies - the other customer took all the supplies - they would need to come back on Sunday! We were to be out of apt by Saturday! Movers arrived late Sunday and the driver's dad apparently died that morning - we finally were packed up late Sunday and had to have delivery on Monday in new location. Estimate was THREE times the amount quoted AND we had to pay $2500 cash to driver to get our goods. Throughout weekend not one person that we arranged move with was available - finally reached a 'warehouse' employee that put us in touch with driver. I beg everyone to spread the word so they are not ripped off by this horrible company. If you do your research you will find this is the way they operate - underprice the estimates, hire drivers that don't show up and hold your goods for hostage.

This company is horrible and actually thieves, I have the bank statement from 2 VyStar accounts, that are now being investigated for fraud. 1. they were to arrive at 10 AM and they arrived at 10:40.2.everything was already packed up and moved into the living room. They moved slow to stretch out the time to charge me for 4 hours when it should’ve taken 2 hours.3. the rate was $155 an hour for two hours that should’ve been less than $400. They billed me $704. I asked where the extra 300 came from, they said gas.I moved a 1/4 mile away from my home,so how is $300 in gas.4. they quoted me $900 to unload the truck. I said no just put the stuff in the house. They left my damaged furniture on the lawn. 5.they wanted to disrespect me in front of my son, no respect for women, disabled veterans or children. 6. my card was charged $704, Vystar said that it was pending, which I SHOWED the mover and then he decided to run my card again, which made the purchase decline. so of course he starts to argue with me and I told him that supervisor on the phone, which he argued with me as well.So now that my money is froze, up because of him over swiping my card, I had to call my son-in-law, for him to Zelle me some money to pay these gentlemen because now they were putting my furniture back on the truck. After that fiasco, I transferred the money into my Son‘s account and had them use his card and the 704 went through on his account and the rude, frightened gentleman finally left. I checked my bank account the next morning and not only was my son charge $704, I was also charged $704, no charges pending, so they stole from me, was rude and I feared for my safety, still do because they know where I live and that’s why I’m putting this in writing, as evidence, if anything happens to me, my son or property.Do business with this company at your own risk.I am reporting to everyone because they are not military, disabled veteran, women or children safe or friendly.

STAY AWAY! I would give them zero stars if I could. Was charged at pickup for additional fees even though I physically measured while I was on the phone with my initial detail call. Come to find out our drive at delivery told me that those overcharges are the drivers commission and that he couldn't believe how much we were charged and good for that driver " that's a veteran move" That's not the worst part. Upon delivery 1/2 of my stuff was unwrapped, broken, missing items, plastic bins that were on my inventory list just go missing into thin air. After our driver told the dispatcher of the missing item she told us to pick an item from the truck in lieu of ours. They also only come with one driver, tell me how careful can one be with only one person loading and unloading. After reading multiple forums I know we will never get our stuff back so I'll continue to blast them everywhere. Garbage of a company, stay away!
