We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration, and we completely understand your concern regarding the shipping cost. Unfortunately, overseas shipping can be quite expensive and, for many customers, not always affordable. Shipping within the USA is much smoother and cheaper because it is handled as local shipping rather than international delivery. If you are located in the USA or have access to a US shipping address, the shipping cost is only $6.99 with delivery typically within just a few days. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we can serve you better in the future. Best regards, Robert Brown Royal Honey Shop 💛

Hi Tj, Thanks for your feedback. Sometimes Honey Packs work best when taken correctly — on an empty stomach with water about 45 minutes before activity. We recommend giving it another try that way for the best results. Best regards, Robert Brown Royal Honey Shop 💛
