Royal SuitcasesReviews of royalcases.store

It doesn't charge. I bought one and it didn't work. I was told they were sending a replacement. It never came. Then they told me they needed a video, I sent a video and they told me the car phone holder is not a charger. I know that, it was just on the same order. It wasn't even in the video I sent. Do yourself a favor and skip the headache. Don't buy from them!

I agree with other user. All the raving reviews have to be planted. I too did not realize it had only a 14 day return policy and I gave the case and charger as a Christmas gift so it was a bit beyond the 14 days. The phone and charger literally got so heated it was blistering to the touch and could have caught fire if my phone did not shut itself off from overheating. The charger itself is warped from the excessive heat!!! I asked them for an exception to refund me for their faulty product and they said only a store credit AFTER they received my product back and I’m responsible for shipping. In today’s time, what company would only give a store credit to buy more of their crap products? Especially on a product that burned me and would have caught fire???!!!! I’ve written to them twice asking how to leave a review on their actual website and they just ignore my question. That in itself tells everything you need to know. Don’t waste your money on their crap. Buy locally.

In sostanza, 30€ persi. Vergognosi Super sconsigliato

Dont make the mistake I did. I read the return policy, but should have read all the way to the bottom. You do not actually get a refund, only store credit. If you return, you pay for shipping to Italy. So convenient for them to add this info at the very end, counting on people making dumb mistakes like me. Case and accessories are low quality, the worst I've ever bought (including $10 Amazon case) Why would I want store credit to receive another low quality case? There is no way 5 star reviews are real. I don't usually leave reviews like this. Trust me, in this day and age no stores have this return policy unless they know their product is not good. Hopefully this review helps someone not waste money in this economy.

I placed my order on November 9th and did not receive till November 17. When I got it, I couldn't believe that they can charge more than 10 dollars for the case. It is so cheaply made that the glue was still on it. The ring in the back would not close. I emailed them and said I wanted to return it for a full refund. They sent me an address in Italy and said that I have to cover the cost of shipping which would probably be more than what I paid for the case. Total scam and total garbage. Don't waste your money on these cases!!!

Very cheap quality and they do not give you a refund, they offer only store credit yet all of their items are the same and poor quality. Very unsatisfied.

I purchased a white case and the gold trim started to erode after only 3 weeks of use. They sent me a new case and the same thing happened after one month. I emailed them and there was no response. This case looks great for only about a week or so. What a disappointment! Don’t waste your money!

I ordered 4 cases from this company. I can’t put all 4 cases on my phone at once. When I went to put the Ksenya case I ordered on my phone, the material is so flimsy that the corner of it just tore. I received these just over a month ago. I reached out to the company and they said since I was past my warranty time, they would replace it but I had to pay $9.90 for shipping. The case was originally $50. The material it is made out of is probably worth $5. I was extremely disappointed in customer service and in all actuality, the quality of this product as well. Would not recommend wasting your money.
