RowyeReviews of rowye.com

Just received both items I ordered, very disappointed, they absolutely do not live up to the description or the photos. I thought I'd give Rowye a chance.... the quality of the items are very cheap. The colour of the flower print in the picture is a crisp white, the one I have received is a dull grey. They describe the striped top with the orange trim as a sweater, in reality it's a t-shirt. Disappointing!!

How dodgy that if you click on happy in the feedback email, it takes you to the review and if you click on unhappy it takes you to their website. Very dishonest. The actual shape of the dress is ok but overall, the dress looks cheap and nasty and is a terrible fabric (sticky in heat and will be too cold for cool weather). The fabric is not at all as it appears in the photos. It is very thin with a almost shiny look/feel and feels awful on. I did a search for the dress afterwards and it’s available at several other online stores for a quarter of the price. Totally ripped off. Do not trust this site.

What I ordered was way too small. I usually wear small or some mediums. So I ordered a medium to be safe. The two tops I ordered were such poor quality , but I could not even get them on! I asked for a refund/return from customer service as directed in their return policy. They emailed back 3 days later offering me $12! I spent $87. I told them that I was following their return policy and would like to return for a full refund. They then offered me $28! This company is a total scam. Do not order

Will not take returns. Do not buy from them.

Very poor quality. Requested returned label to get my refund back. Won't let me return it. Kept on offering a refund no way close to what I have paid for. I am still waiting. Never experience a bad customer service like this before. If I could give a 0 I would. Never order from this company ever again.

Note to self: ALWAYS search reviews before ordering from a company I haven't heard of. The material of these clothes is awful. Fit + proportion of sweaters I ordered were NOTHING like photo. One sweater had a pull and is unwearable. They offered $14 and told me to keep it. I said it's unwearable...and they bumped it up to $30. Still not the original price of the sweater, but at this point I'll take it.

The clothing I ordered was made of very cheap material. I tried to return the product and it was a nightmare. I finally got them to agree to a refund if I paid to ship the product back. When I informed them I had done so the gave me a refund that was not the total amount for the goods. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I purchased an 80$ sweater which is cheap and poorly made and was offered a 18$ refund. It will probably be a store credit. I refused want my money back still waiting for an address. Guess I’m screwed like all the other customers you disappointed
