The customer service at Rowye is fabulous! I hadn’t received a delivery due date and thought I’d call to inquire. My question was answered immediately and they then sent me an email with tracking info. The three sweaters I ordered are exactly as shown on the website! One is a gift and the other two are so beautiful. My favorite is the Heart on My Sleeve! The yarn is so soft and silky that it feels almost like cashmere. I will be purchasing from this company again!
