I ordered 3 tops, 2 of which were nice . The third was not flattering for me and of poor quality. I have made several attempts to return this item with no luck. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

It took them a week to even dispatch my order and then the parcel (surprise surprise) didn’t even make it in time for the event. I should’ve known by then they had a warehouse overseas and returns were going to be difficult. I was very disappointed, they absolutely do not live up to the description or the photos. I thought I'd give Rowye a chance as I ordered with other online platforms with no issue. Cheap quality fabric and sizes were not as size guide describes. When you want to return an item they keep pushing back for a partial refund, then respond with. ‘Our warehouse is in Dubai your shipping to return the item will be expensive’ and then offer a partial refund without having to return the item. This information should be available on their website so consumers can make an informed decision on whether to buy from there or not. Poor experience I wouldn’t recommend.

I want to return some items that did not fit. No response from the company. Their return policy is awful. The items I am keeping are great!!

I received two items from them. The quality is good but they run very small. I have been trying to exchange them for a larger size for days. Their communication is TERRIBLE. I cannot get an answer from them. Do not get involved with them.

TERRIBLE customer service. Clothing made of cheap material. I would never order again.

Beware, I bought some tops that didn’t fit. Then they offered me money to keep the tops. Said they don’t take returns After days of going back and forth they said it wouldn’t be worth it because I’d have to ship it to Dubai!!!!!!! Unbelievable Don’t order from this company!!!’

Never order from this company! I ordered $260 worth of clothes. Reached out the day I received them and told them I needed a full refund I’ve had two offers to keep the clothes and get $30 back or keep the clothes and get $66 back!!! Beware!!!

I cancelled the order 10 minutes later…No one responded until 48 hrs later to tell me that they had already shipped which wasn’t true since it was 2 weeks later before I got an email that it was shipped..I intend to report to BBB..These dresses aren’t even the ones I ordered…Be careful ordering from this place! Read reviews!!!
