Where is my order???? Called the phone number and I got an individual that said this is probably fraudulent 😡 Where is my order???????

Clothes look nothing like the pictures. And, since their policy is: "if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request. And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.", there's no recourse. I'm stuck with 2 sweaters that I never wanted.

Bait & Switch. I was sent a completely different product from what was advertised. When I requested a return they said I was mistaken and that they had sent the correct product even when provided with the receipt and photos of what was actually delivered. Oh, and I was offered $7 instead of the $60.97 I actually spent. This company is a fraud.

I ordered two sweaters from Rowye. Both turned up as pictured and in the sizes I ordered. One had a dark spot right near the collar on the front, making it unwearable (had the spot been in a different place I could’ve ignored it). So I took some photos of the spot and emailed Rowye. They responded saying they could offer $6 in compensation…for a $45 sweater. After going back and forth three times they offered $23. It is unacceptable to sell a defective product and not offer a refund for the full amount or an exchange for a non-defective version. Rowye has limited comments on social media to keep us from being able to tell others, so hopefully this review will help. They have poor customer service if your item is damaged.

Company advertises on social media under several names, says the apparel is made in South Carolina (the tags say Made in China), there are no fabric content tags on clothes, and they look nothing like the pictures. Return policy states "Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable." Oh, also took 5 1/2 weeks to arrive.

Buyer beware- I want to return 2 items the only allow returns to be sent to Dubai UAE - postage $78usd- items cost $73. Totally false advertising!!! I ordered a black dress. Arrived today. Is crap looking. The arms are not the same as pictured nor is the length. Horrible quality. Want to return it and need return information. False advertising.
