DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are not who they say they are. Thought they were a US company and they are not. The items I ordered was not what I expected. The items were of poor quality and I've struggle to get refunded for items I do not want. Still working on getting a full refund. They are telling me I have to pay shipping to Dubi in order to get a refund. Other reviews I noticed have other countries they are returning to. IS THE COMPANY REAL????

Buyer beware - You will not be able to return an item for a refund. The company is in Dubai and I asked to return the items I ordered for a full refund and they said "it wasn't worth it" because shipping was too expensive. They would only refund half the price of my order. I would not order from this website.

Ordered $250 worth of sweaters. NEVER got them. This place is a TOTAL scam. NEVER buy from them EVER

Everything is wrong with this company! The products are NOT made in SC as advertised; the company will not take products back for a refund but will negotiate what they are willing to pay you (about 10% of purchase price); it takes weeks and weeks to arrive and when it does, you wish it hadn't -- the quality is horrendously poor. This company also sells under the company name of RYCULA and my comments above are true for Rycula also. They are a scam company and should be reported. I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. I hate they are in business!

SCAM!! If I could leave no stars, I would! Ordered a bunch of sweaters, all absolute crap and look NOTHING like advertised. Fabric smells like mildew, way too small, and SO cheaply made. Also took 6 weeks to arrive and they won't accept full refund returns. AVOID this company!!!

After sending a message about Sizing,I was told the sweater would fit my size , I ordered two sweaters and they are more than huge - Like 5 sizes too big . I have emailed them at least 30 times with no reply on how to return. If any of you have had this experience please post so I can remove these from my life. I would never ever consider purchasing anything from this company. I question why are they still in business

Biggest scam!!! They lie about being a US company which alone should be illegal! First off it took a month to receive my order which was NOT AT ALL what I ordered!!! A cheap Chinese version of what they advertised!!! Stealing someone else’s clothing and making a cheap version of it!!! Garbage scam artists!!! Should have googled for the “real” reviews instead of the fake bogus reviews on their sight!!! Should be a 1000 minus stars After more research this is not a US company! Here is their phone # +4474828775871 Address is .... XBP International LTD 69 Aberdeen Ave. Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB2 8DL They use a FAKE name to avoid BBB

This company is a scam! I ordered a sweater and the one that arrived is NOTHING like the photo advertised. They are fraudulent. Any good reviews on items are fake. They also limit comments on Instagram etc so you can’t let people know. They offer partial money back, no full refunds. They send no receipts or proof of purchase. There is no branding on the clothes that arrive. I want a full refund.
