RowyeReviews of rowye.com

The sweater I ordered was not at all like pictured. It is the one with the star. The sweater was grey instead of the cream color advertised and the product was defective from stitching. When I tried to return it, the company asked me for a picture(which I provided) and then argued with me about whether or not it was defective. This company is overpriced, fraudulent and rude. Do not order from them.

Quality of the product is extremely poor. Emailed for a refund request and they twice offered low compensation instead. I opted for a full refund and they reluctantly provided a return address in Dubai, not the US where the product originated according to tracking. This likely an effort to deter me from returning due to increased shipping costs. Customer service not at all helpful. Very frustrating. Will not shop again.

SCAM! The yarn in sweater is NOT what is in picture. If you click "not satisfied", it won't let you leave a review. SCAMING CHEATERS!! and I'm sure this will never get posted... we shall see!

Do not buy from this company. If you need to return an item they will not let you. They gave me the run around, wanted to negotiate with me to keep unwanted items. They told me they’d give me “$18 compensation if I kept the sweaters”. I’m out over $100.

Please do not order from this company. Very disappointed with the quality and return policy.. also customer service. I am stuck with 2 sweaters which cost me $130 and the company is not standing by their return policy. They are offering me $30 credit and when I refused that, they offered me $50 credit. When I refused that, they told me that I would have to ship the items to Dubai at my cost to get my full refund. Sorry… not acceptable. I will take further action to ensure my $130 is fully refunded. As for the product, the quality is disgusting… and already falling apart. Haven’t wore it and when I look at the seams, they are coming apart. Please, save yourself the money n time ….. DO NOT ORDER from this site…. You will be totally disappointed 😔

Update. I would give this company a -10. I have now lost track of the times that I have emailed them to return three sweaters that are way too small and do not look like the picture. ! I don’t believe all the reviews there’s no way that there are other people out there that like this sweater! And there’s no way that there are not other people out there that have tried to return some thing and I’ve had this many problems! I would give this company zero stars! Buyer beware! I purchased three sweaters, which were all very small and did not look anything like the picture. After multiple emails, it is evident that I will not be able to return these items as they are making it impossible to do so! Just be aware, whatever you purchase regardless of their refund policy, they will not be refunding you.

BUYER BEWARE- Clothes are advertised as made in South Carolina, however they are not. They are made overseas. They advertise easy returns. Returns are not easy and the address for returns is: This is the return address:No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571 Their sizing is not consistent. I ordered 2 XXL sweaters, as with my sensory issues, I need loose fitting clothes. OBE sweater was an overseas XXL, the other was more of a large. Returning the one sweater will cost me about $25 dollars in return fees, even though there is an obvious defect. Customer service emails are received in broken English and are rude. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They do not accept returns unless you want to ship back to Dubai which they say is very expensive and not worth it. They offer $5 to just keep item that doesn’t. Dress is poor quality
