The length of time from ordering the merchandise to receiving it was longer than it should have been.

It was alright. Took a long time to get my order. One item was great and one item mehhhh. I will think twice before ordering with them again. I will say the heart sweater I ordered was fabulous. The other item was cheeply made and way too small.

Package arrived fairly soon.. love both sweaters, I discovered there is a small tear in the shoulder of the pullover.. disappointed..

I found the clothes were well made. Odd that there are no fibre content or washing instructions tags onthe clothes but they are obviously high polyester content. Also the dress fits on the small side at the bust.

I actually like the clothes I got, I just wanted to exchange for a different size. But, the e mail that is given shows no matches. So. I have no idea how to get ahold of company for returns. No phone number,etc. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them. Disappointing customer support.

Received my order last week, but one of the sweaters I received looks NOTHING like the one on their website. I emailed to inquire if they sent me the wrong sweater, no response. I added a comment on their IG account and they deleted. I wrote a review on their website and that was deleted as well. I asked for a refund, and haven’t received a reply from their company. The shipment took well over 30 days to arrive. I would not recommend purchasing clothing from this company. February 9, 2023 Update - after 7 emails and A LOT of persistence, they’re refunding me the full amount of the wrong sweater they mailed me. They kept insisting their refund policy was for quality issues, but I was very insistent that it was the wrong sweater. Buyer still beware! In the end, they did give me a full refund, but it was A LOT of back and forth.

I liked the one item, a cute brown sweater vest, although the colour that arrived was quite different that the one advertised. The second item was made of very cheap, shiny material.
