fraudulent company. returns are to Dubai and cost 200+ dollars

Absolutely Horrible Company.. My order took 6 wks to receive. On the website they clearly state 2 wks for delivery. The quality is appalling. Terrible, puckering on seams, Cheaply made and look nothing like the photos. They state 30 day return policy. I asked immediately after receiving and I have only opened one piece of many that I ordered. That was enough. I could see how cheap the rest looked. When I emailed for a return authorization, I was told they would give me a $52 refund and I spent $239.94. Hello???? What kind if company could possibly do that? A corrupt one.. DO NOT Go there..Total crap. These people are total krooks. They will not accept returns they say unless you pay for shipping to Dubai. They refuse refunds. They are total scammers. I have reported them. Don’t go there.

Do not order from this company! I have never received my order of over $100 which was placed in January, and I have reached out 4 times with NO response.

Still waiting for order after 2 months. Definitely does not ship in 72 hours and I’m worried it will never arrive. There was also a $30 charge on my credit card from an unidentifiable company- it appeared on my account right after my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a sweater a month before Christmas and paid for express shipping. I never received it for Christmas so I reached out via email to their customer service. They were rude and told me it was on the way and they would update me. It’s now been three months and I have no sweater. I reached out for a refund and have not heard back. Scam.

Rouse should put their return address on the front of their package. Very confusing to have it only inside. I would never order anything from them again.

Ordering was very easy, however shipping took much longer than the “ships within 72 hours” claims. The sweaters were cute, but very boxy, and unflattering. I have emailed three times asking for the return steps and no one will respond with the information. Very disappointing.
