Refuse to refund when items received were different from what was ordered
Items shipped were not as expected; colors and fit very different from images on website. When I requested a return authorization, they sent a message telling me I could exchange. I politely refused and again requested a return authorization but haven't heard a word from them. Excellent customer service and trust that the product images you see on the website are what you will receive are so importantwhen ordering online, Rowye failed on both accounts. A lack of customer service and false advertising should make you think twice before ordering from this company.

BIG SCAM!!!!
BIG SCAM!!!!! don't waste your time and money! Nothing look like the pictures. Cheap stuff and not the same fit at all. If you want to exchange you will have to pay shipping again. Don't BUY on that site.

This is a fake company
This is a fake company. Ordered a sweater online and they continue to send me fake shipping notifications. Avoid.

Horrible sweaters
The product is not as described, looks so pretty in the pictures however the actual product is cheap, lightweight, and see through. Not worth the money.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! The sweater looked nothing like the picture and the arm length was for a t-rex. It took forever to get here. When I tried to return they offered $8. I paid $50 w/o shipping! Then they offered $12 and I could keep the ugly sweater that does not fit. I finally agreed to $21. Said too expensive for them to ship back- they are in Dubai. I have never had a company try to negotiate a return- be warned.

You won't get anything close to resembling what you thought you were buying
I ordered a sweater and when it finally arrived, it looked NOTHING like the item I ordered. The size, color, material, fit, and quality were completely off. I would never buy from this company again.

if there's a zero stars I would have given it
f there's a zero stars I would have given it. This item, when it arrived, is absolutely nothing like the photo. It is an extremely cheap knockout of the photo. The material is cheap synthetic stiff material with a pixillated print pattern print (as opposed to the soft and textured fabric in the photo). The stitching is terrible and the whole thing looks like it is not even worth $5.
