I ordered in December and never received my order. They keep sending me a tracking that says the label was created but the item has not been received. I have been back and forth with customer service who are no help. I have since disputed it on my card and will be warning everyone of this company.

I have been waiting for 14 days and they never sent what I paid for and continue to say they have. Only response through FB and want email at all. This is definitely a BIG SCAM!!!

All items are final sale. They advertise returns but do not. If you press them they tell you that you have to rerun to to Dubai at your own expense. They will offer you a 10% credit then 30% credit then 40% credit of the total sale and tell you to keep the items. You need the information from them to return and they will no it give it to you

I ordered late December, got notification on 1/5/23 that my order was shipped. Reached out on 1/14/23 and told to be patient. Now it’s 1/24/23 and no signs of anything. I emailed them to request a full refund. Insane. Edited to add: I finally disputed it with PayPal and got responses. It said it shipped from CA and took 35 days. What I think is they didn’t ship at all. When I opened it, it did not look at thing like what I ordered. If it’s oversized why does it taper?? Why does the picture show light gray but I have a taupe sweater. I’m still fighting them through PayPal and am asking to return it all with a refund. This is a really horrible company.

I recommend not ordering from Rowye. My order was placed on 1/7/23. I received USPS tracking on 1/13/23. As of today, 1/24/23, USPS tracking indicates "Label Created, not yet in system". I have sent several emails to Rowye, who ask for me to be patient. I am giving them 24 hours to issue a full refund of my order before further action is taken after reading similar reviews.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered two sweaters. I understood that shipping might be delayed. When I received an update that my order was shipped, for almost 6 weeks it said that the label has been created and that is it. Nothing has changed. I reached out to customer service and no one has been able to help me or give me either an update of where it is or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Horrible customer service!!! Received the wrong item and no one is helping me sort this out. They are trying to tell me I received the right item but the sku # are different. I sent pictures and nothing.
