DO NOT ORDER from this company. Shipping takes a month to receive your order. Once I received my items, they were awful! Material and cuts are soooo cheap. Nothing like the pictures on the website. I tried to return my items and they started negotiating the return. Offering $12, then $28, then $41 dollars for a $120 order. I just wanted to return the items and get a refund. They finally said, go ahead and return the items snd we’ll give you a refund when ASAP after receiving the items but I don’t know if they are even giving me an accurate return address. Very shady!!

Do not order! It took over a month to even show that my pack was shipped. When it gets to my local post office, it turns out Rowye didn’t put the unit number on the parcel so it was returned to sender. When I contacted Rowye, they told me it was my fault that I didn’t know my address and that I could either pay them more money to send it again or they could refund me minus the cost of shipping. I verified that the address they had was correct and after several rude, aggressive, and unhelpful emails (every response started with “NO this is your fault”) on their end I eventually just canceled the order. I’ll be disputing the charges with my bank because I don’t actually trust them to refund me.

Do NOT order from this company. Shipment took a long time to arrive, which I didn’t mind. But the quality of the items are terrible. It’s thin and cheap and nothing like what you see on the website. They say they offer refund within 30 days, but they refuse to take the refund. You need for them to provide you the address for return, and it’s in Dubai. They offered me $35 compensation for a $200 order. And when you email their 24/7 customer service, it takes them over 3 days to respond. This company needs to be reported as a scam.

Order took over a month to arrive. When I emailed the company to inquire about why it was taking so long, the response was always very vague. When the product did arrive 6 weeks after ordered, it was not the quality or color expected. Customer service refused to accept a return and instead offered me a refund of $16 for an order of close to $100. When I questioned this, customer service eventually offered a refund of $34 as their final offer. They did absolutely nothing to make this experience pleasant or useful.

Received items. Items were not as described and returning to this company has been a nightmare. They do not respond in a timely manner and when a response is given they do not address the issue, so more communication is needed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Took FOREVER! Then the items looked NOTHING like the photos. Items described as "oversized" were small and boxy and flammable. Awful quality and poor customer service. Never again. Live and learn.

Arrived on a 2 week timeline. Poor quality! Poor fit. Button fell off sweater as I was undoing it for the first time. Shoulder seems were at my elbows ( size small) Will never purchase from this site again! I read the reviews and they were not accurate!

The clothes were horrible. The fabric was so cheap. I can’t find information on how to return the items. I do not recommend and I will never order from them again.
