The idea with this system is great, but it don't work at all. We bought ROWENTA RH99F1 X-Force vacuum cleaner in September 2023 (5 month ago) and haven't been able to use it once yet, it didn't work when we got it and it's been in and out of repair shops ever since. When we try to call Rowenta they tell us they'll call back, but they never do. They also don't respond by email, only if we are lucky the repair shop respond. Now we have a vacuum cleaner that doesn't work down €600. It's easy to find similar stories on the internet, wish I read up on it before I choose this brand. At lease we can warn others now.

Une catastrophe ! Service déplorable et le pire aspirateur robot que je n'ai jamais eu. En 2021 deux mois pour avoir l'aspirateur après plusieurs appels et mails....Enfin reçu celui dysfonctionne de temps à autre mars 2023 lâche complètement et ne fonctionne plus, je l'amène chez un réparateur agréé, deux semaines environ pour la réparation, puis même pas deux mois après l'aspirateur n'est plus sous garantie mais ne fonctionne déjà plus...pas le temps de courir à une demi heure de la maison et encore moins à mes frais. Quand au forfait réparation je ne vois strictement pas l'intérêt quand un produit dysfonctionne régulièrement après l'achat et ne fonctionne plus même pas deux mois après sa réparation. J'ai donc demandé un geste commercial qui consisterait à renvoyer mon aspi robot contre un aspi "balai" à prix équivalent. En vain....Je ne suis pas prête de recommander cette marque et n'achèterai désormais plus à l'avenir chez eux sauf en cas de retour positif ce qui m'étonnerait fortement.

Une catastrophe Aspirateur garantie soucis de moteur je dépose chez un réparateur le 12/12/23 qui me fait tourner en bourrique ,change le moteur et la carte et ça marche soit disant pas. J'ai du appeler 4 fois sinon zéro nouvelle Bon de non reparabilite donné le 14janvier. (se ventent que l'appareil a un indice de reparabilite de 9/10 la blague) Scan du bon envoyé a rowenta dans la seconde par mail. Aspirateur recu par rowenta depuis le 19 janvier Et depuis jattend toujours un échange ! On est le 29 janvier quand même... Abusé sérieux !

Ondanks dat ik de negatieve beoordelingen in de wind sloeg, besloot ik toch een robotstofzuiger aan te schaffen, maar het is een enorme teleurstelling gebleken. In de eerste plaats presteert het apparaat ondermaats, en na slechts een maand is het al defect. Mijn pogingen om contact op te nemen met de klantenservice waren vruchteloos; ze beweren weliswaar enkele adressen te hebben doorgestuurd voor reparatie, maar ik heb die informatie zelfs nooit ontvangen. Bovendien was er een belofte van een cashback van 150 euro binnen 4-6 weken na de aankoop en indiening van de aanvraag. Helaas hebben we deze beloning ook nooit ontvangen. Als je overweegt om een robotstofzuiger aan te schaffen, raad ik aan om voor Bosch, iRobot of een ander gerenommeerd merk te kiezen. Er zijn zeker goedkopere opties, maar die leveren wel de kwaliteit die je mag verwachten. Ik heb deze ook op mijn Instagram-pagina gedeeld, zodat mensen weten dat het zijn geld niet waard is.

Ils n ont pas de Sav et oes entreprises partenaires sont soit fermées définitivement s9it elles ne répondent pas et Rowenta se décharge totalement

I bought a defective iron made by Rowenta from Target in December 2021. When I used the iron for the first time in June 2022 it leaked water and did not heat up to press clothes. When I called Rowenta to report this issue, I was told verbally that if the iron is repaired and it doesn't work a second time then I would get my money back. THIS CALL WAS RECORDED AND I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE. So, I shipped the iron back to Rowenta USA in June 2022 and after it was repaired Rowenta shipped the iron back to me. Since I used the "new" the iron Rowenta shipped back to me, it still does not heat up or get hot at all to press clothes. When the iron is plugged in and turn on to the highest heat setting the metal plate stays cold and I can touch it with my finger. THIS IS THE SAME ISSUE I HAD WITH THE FIRST DEFECTIVE IRON I BOUGHT ORIGINALLY. This is the second time that I have used this iron and it does not heat up properly. Rowenta USA warranty is not valid or applicable because the iron was defective when I bought it for the first time at Target in December 2021. Also, when the "repaired new" iron was mailed back to me it STILL DOESN'T WORK. All I did was plug the iron in and turn it on but it NEVER GETS HOT. Rowenta deliberately mailed me back a second DEFECTIVE iron they knew would not work. THIS COMPANY IS LIABLE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR AN IRON I CAN NEVER USE.
