Replacement was sent very quickly

I had an issue with free to shipping to Canada not working, and they promptly fixed it. The product itself is original and of very high quality. Great little company overall!

I recently purchased a Rowdy Parrot silicone cross bracelet. I live in South Florida so it stays on during showering, maintaining my reef aquarium and of course ocean fun. The bracelet holds up beautifully to the elements. Its metal cross has not turned nor tarnished in any way. Love it! I called the.company about another one of their products…pleasantly surprised to speak with Bryce, a principal of the company who promptly satisfied my inquiry. Well done Rowdy Parrot!

excellent customer service. very satisfied.!!

My bracelet broke and I emailed them and they were very nice to send out a replacement for me .

Stylish yet durable bracelet for your next adventure! I'm on my third pair bracelet!

The quality was better than expected. Very comfortable to wear, and very easy to adjust with one hand.
