What a crazy process I had. At first I was scared to order online especially sneakers. I did and I’m glad I did. I ordered wrong. Rovux was there every step for me. My experience with this company has been exceptional so far. I purchased a pair of sneakers that was to big. Sent an email to customer service. Was instructed to send a picture of the size tag in the shoe, probably for verification purposes. Later that day I received an email the the exchange was being done and that I could keep the sneakers I was attempting to return. Thank you so much.
