Rovux has went above and beyond to make sure my experience with them was great! I ordered 3 pair of shoes and upon receiving them i realized that they fit a little snug. I emailed the customer service team and explained to them what happened.... and within 2 days they had shipped me out bigger sizes of all 3 pair of shoes. (Free of cost) Not to mention that the shoes look just as good in person as they do online. I’ll definitely be doing more business with this company!

I love the styles of shoes this company offers! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and even though when they arrived, I realized they were too big, I contacted customer service and they were so willing to help me. In less than 1 week, they have resolved my issue and are sending 3 new pairs as a replacement in my correct size.

I ordered 2 of the tennis shoes and when I got it I was so excited but it fit too big, customer service was amazing and they responded to my email immediately and they shipped me the right size quickly!!!! The shoes look amazing and I love the fit and how light they are. I definitely recommend them and I will be a loyal customer for life!!!! Great experience and can’t wait to buy more!!
