ROVUX FootwearReviews of rovuxfootwear.com

Horrible quality and customer service stay away from these sneakers im mad I had to give one star these sneakers are 20 dollars quality sneakers walmart sells better shoes a complete waste of money and the good reviews are all fake dont buy these shoes

I ordered these ROVUX shoes online. When received, I tried them on to find out the sole of the shoe is way to small and it feels like you are falling off the sole. This is both poor workmanship and a safety issue. I requested a refund to find out they do not accept refunds. They later agreed to send me the "perfect size" as mentioned in the attached email. Once I agreed they admitted that this is how the shoe is made and offered a 20% discount towards a future product. This company is selling a poor product and are WELL AWARE of it. This is why they don't offer refunds and try to avoid you. In 47 years I've never had a shoe fit so poorly. Size is not the issue the actual sole does not fit the shoe. I would like a full refund and future buyers should be aware of this.

Ordered shoes back in APR, have yet to recieve my shoes or a refund, I even tried to get a hold of the company who they used to Shipp the products (PCF) they weren't even helpful, stay far away from this company also be aware of good readings, they pay people to boost their ratings so you can try to order and get ripped off...look closely at all the bad ratings and you will see a difference

Ordered ROVUX Spartan. Initially changed the sneaker color with a support reply time of a couple of hours. BUT, sneakers' quality is very low. Made of cheap plastic they are too sturdy. The outside soul is too thin I feel I'm almost walking barefoot. Plastic also makes them very slippery. Also, with new customs regulations, it took more than 15 days for them to reach the EU. Realistically, they are not worth a third of the price ROVUX charges them for. There is a reason why you can't leave a review on their official website. Overall, horrible quality cheap shoes you wouldn't wear to the supermarket.

Its a fu… scam . Avoid

Don’t order anything they are SCAMMERS..u won’t receive anything from them.

This is not a company to buy shoes from. Their return policy is horrible. Who has an exchange only policy during a pandemic AND when your shoes are only available online?!! Also the shoe quality is poor. With so many other amazing shoe companies out there, there is literally no reason at all to give them your hard earned money - when you know you won't get it back. They simply don't care whether you are a satisfied customer or not.

AVOID AT ANY COST! They are shipping this from China, did not find this information on their website. Misleading, be careful, do not order
