I purchased my order online. It was easy and quick to do. My orders came quicker then I thought it would. Unfortunately the sneakers that I ordered was to big. I contacted customer support right away via email they responded back in about 5 minutes. I explained to them what happened and they fixed my problem right away. They already ship out my exchange item and I don't even have to go through the hassle of sending the sneakers back. I can't wait to place my next order. This time I'll know exactly what size to order. Excellent Customer Service.

These shoes are amazing! My son, who is a fashion-conscious 17 year-old, always purchases shoes that cost in the $300 range. He's quite the snob, so when I ordered him a pair of Rovux he was less than impressed. As soon as the shoes arrived though, he put them on and instantly loved them. They not only are super cool-looking, unique and original, they are also really comfortable and well-made. I was also very pleased with the delivery and the customer service. I ordered a pair for myself and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Customer service was very helpful in getting my mistake corrected. My son keeps getting comments on his shoes, and I know they'll last him a while. We are both quite happy:)

I bought a pair of Rovuxs for my boyfriend and he LOVES them but they are slightly too big. I emailed Rovux about doing an exchange for a smaller size and they immediately placed an order for the smaller size for me. The shipping was fast, the shoes are great quality, and they are so unique. My boyfriend loves that nobody else has anything like them. We are really happy with Rovux!

I've ordered three different pairs of shoes and they're all pretty dope. One of the shoes came apart by the shoestring area and they sent another pair right out to me. Customer service doesn't get any better than that, thanks a lot y'all!
