Good communication. I ordered the wrong size, they sent me the correct size, free of charge and did not request the original order. Great customer service! Thank You!

I ordered two pairs of these sneakers and they were much cuter than expected. One pair was a little bigger so I contacted customer care and they responded and resolved the issue by the morning time before I awoke. Thank you for a great job and cute sneakers... I am currently looking for my next pair to purchase #3.

I would order a half size down when ordering. Sizes run a bit large. Customer service was excellent and fast with ensuring I was happy and received the correct size. I will definitely be ordering again!
