Omg the best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . Cute sneakers ! I ordered the wrong size and they sent out a new pair for FREE and told me to keep the old pair !

I love the sneakers. I ordered an 8 in women’s because I saw some reviews that said they run a little big I usually wear an 8 1/2. I got the sneakers and they were just fitting a little too small. So they are true to size. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and did my exchange with no problem.. now my new sneakers are already on the way.. customer service is excellent ! Also sneakers look exactly as described in the picture

Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I ordered a shoe size that was too small for my foot unfortunately. After reaching out to customer service, they sent me the correct size shoe free of charge. Awesome!

Absolutely love the shoe. Looks just like the picture. I had to order a size up but they helped me, ordered a new pair, & handled the situation within 48hrs. When I tried them on the soles felt AMAZING ! Very comfortable I can’t wait for the new pair ! ❤️

Great customer service. I received my sneakers and I was so excited to wear them because my wife and I will be going out town. But when I got them I needed a half size bigger. I contact customer service and they respond extremely quick and efficient. They had no problem shipping me out a bigger size on top of that they told me to keep the pair I already ordered. So I’m going to find another person to give them too. And the sneakers are comfortable and hot! Can’t wait to wear them. Thank you again Rovux.
