Very helpful and understanding will with company again

Hello I have a great experience order from Rovux. This last order the shoes were too big so I emailed them to let them know and they offered to send me the correct size and for me to keep the ones that are too big. Tell me that isn't AMAZING! Never had I ever have any company do that. That's Rovux you guys are the best!!!

Omg sneakers are so dope they look even better in person and very comfortable and stylish. Shipping was faster than I thought. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! They answered all my questions and got back to me quick both on Instagram and email. I WILL BE BUYING FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’M AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I like the style, “Wifey”for some reason wants to keep up with my sneaker game, So I ordered her a pair, she changed her mind why you ask she does not love kicks like me. So explained the situation to customer support they are sending me new pair and letting her keep hers NICE!!

Fast response by the customer support. thank you.

I would definitely recommend this shoe. Very durable and a nice shoe...It looks and feel just like advertised online...Although i did order a size too small, they were very quick to respond in addressing my needs...

I had an issue with my shoes when they 1st arrived. I contacted customer service they got back to me right away and resolved my issue very quickly. I can’t wait to actually get my new selection of shoes once I received I will review them but as far as customer service 2thumbs up from me. Thanks for making my process easy when it could of easily been very upsetting!

Awesome customer service and great quality! Great price too!! I am very happy with my purchase.
