When the shoes that were sent were to small and the company responded immediately and took care of it

First time user but very satisfy with way I was treated respectfully and great interest in making customer happy

Great looking shoes, but I received the wrong size. Customer support was very helpful and responsive and they’re sending the correct size.

I received a size too big and the customer service was so responsive, helpful, and understanding. I am so happy with how awesome the customer service is! Highly recommend this product. Thank you to the ROVUX team; you all are great!

Rovux customer service has been fantastic!! First, I ordered the wrong size by accident. Second, when the shoes arrived a lace was broken. After contacting customer service I was sent a new pair of shoes in the correct size. Absolutely hassle free! Love Rovux!!

The returns process was very easy and customer service is amazing. I love my shoes and am impressed with this company overall. I was a little apprehensive at first but I'm quite satisfied with my decision and will purchase again.

Thank you verry much for your support with my online order. I would recommand your products and your company.

Great customer service from these guys. They helped me with finding a shoe that would fit me, instead of leaving me to find the shoe myself. They even let me keep the original pair!
