My last order for 3 jars of Roundhouse Morning Kick is lost in transit. They left Romulus Mi 1 week ago and was to be delivered on Thursday last week but can’t locate the order.

I bought morning kick and was on it about 6 weeks and i contacted customer service, explained felt no different and now constipated and belly cramps,, I explained i used 1 jar completely and put it in trash, started 2nd jar and still no results, besides constipation and belly cramps, she said send rest back to them , i had to pay 14.00 in shipping it back,, she sent return authorization for full amount of $140.55, I sent what she told me by USPS as directed and cost me $14.00 , they received package 04/20/2026 and credited me only $93.70, on 04/22/2026,, not what i was told, so i called them and they dont care, said i supposed to send all jars back even the empty ones, nobody saves empty containers just in case you might send something back, problem is i explained to the lady i already put it in trash and was fine with that and gave return auth. # and for full credit of $140.55,, so watch out,,,, T

Been a faithful user of morning kick. However, my last order something changed. When mixed it has a different taste and look. The taste is not as good.

They just admitted to creating orders I did not place! Also, I really haven't noticed any improvement from using this product. I know sometimes we want to believe in popular people like Chuck Norris but not this time. If Chuck owns this company then shame on him.If Chuck just endorsed this company then shame on him. He should have done his homework first. This is a dangerous company to do business with. If I were you, I would avoid Round House like the PLAGUE! Unrelated: I tried this product because of Chuck. Only 1 other time, I tried a product with his endorsement: Total Gym Fit" many years ago. And I am still actively using that product. It's great exercise equipment. But after Roundhouse, his name is off my list.

I received a box chocked full of "stuff". I'm not a pill taker at all and too many swallows of things make me ill. I don't know where to start, how much to take or when to take them. I wish I had never ordered so much. May I send it all back. I have NOT opened a thing - just opened the box only and it is sitting in my front entry way in my home.

I've tried to drink it conscientiously early every morning for nearly a month now but have yet to notice any re-action. Disappointed. As I like to be up early for tennis 3 times a week and at 82 I need a bit of a boost./js
