⭐☆☆ ☆ ☆ Monday 2/09/2026 UPDATE STILL waiting for Nova to contact me. Very disappointed. Monday 2/02/2026 UPDATE STILL WAITING FOR NOVA TO CONTACT ME. Monday 1/26/26 UPDATE I sent you an email as requested but never heard back from you, Nova. I really enjoy the product itself and have continued ordering because it works well for me. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been very disappointing — not once, but twice. After the first issue, I sent an email explaining what happened and never received a response. I also checked my spam folder to be sure it wasn’t missed. Because of these experiences, I almost stopped ordering altogether. The product is good, but the customer service does not reflect its quality.

I think it is the Ashwagandha…
I think it is the Ashwagandha ingredient that makes me feel tired an hour after I take it b/c I am hypo - thyroid. I took my first container & tried to cancel my subscription but was sent a 2nd container so I canceled again & was sent a 3rd container which I have sent back and expect to get a refund. I'd like to know how to send back the 2nd container as well.

Id rather eeat my vegetables than take this stuff. Sure is cheaper
Taste awful have to drink in 6to8 ozs water then you have your morning cofffe and take vitamins on meds with water spending the day in the bathroom as for the good it does rather eat my vegetables!! the cost of this stuff n taste is awful and just another star or actor or someone wanting to pad his retirement chose thsi stuff and all the food you can buy and other stuff he HACKINg is not worth the MONEY shame on him for selling what many other are sellint to teh Public which is worthlessl taste awful and doubt it does anythin but have the purchasing it kKicking Their own Bottom.Mine is in the trash!!!

Need to swap for watermelon mint flavor.
I had planned to quit using this stuff because it tastes so bad. That’s unfortunate because I’ve used it long enough to be pretty certain that it is of considerable benefit to me in a number of ways. The order I placed just before the most recent one, I placed only because I wanted to try the new watermelon mint flavor which I thought was replacing the strawberry lemonade flavor. Turns out that I liked it very much. Unfortunately for me the order I just received and which took forever to get here is back to the strawberry lemonade stuff. Will you please send me a return label so I can have it replaced with the watermelon mint flavor?
