Not only is this very good tasting, but I firmly believe that it gives me that "Morning Kick" which is a major plus to start the day! I am hooked and have my doctor's blessing. I know that it has improved my mental state and gut health which is invaluable. I always take it with me if not home, and it's my morning ritual that will be with me forever!
