Would be a no star rating if there had been. My late grandad purchased coins. The executor( my dad) has requested a fully itemised list as he is currently dealing with his estate. His email and call back requests are being ignored. Adding an additional stress during a difficult time!

We offer condolences on the passing of your grandfather and apologize that your father has been unsuccessful in reaching someone at Rosland. We ask that he call Rosland at (310) 593-2200 and ask to be connected to the Senior Compliance Officer, who can assist him regarding the information he seeks.

I was talked into taking a distribution…
I was talked into taking a distribution instead of an IRA transfer to expedite the establishment of a silver IRA. I was assured there would be no problems with the IRS. For two years Equity Trust refused to provide the IRS the necessary paperwork for me to avoid paying taxes on what was essentially a transfer. I asked Mr. Von Detton for help in the matter & all he did was refer me to Equity Trust. Two years of holy hell ensued. The IRS insisted I owed over 11 thousand dollars in taxes. I was threatened and harassed. My CPA and Mr. Jaime Martz of Rosaland came to my aid and finally straightened the situation out. Mr. Von Detton played no part at all in helping me through one of the most horrid two years of my life. I will NEVER do business with Mr. Von Detton again. PLEASE do not let this man talk you into taking a distribution. I have no issues with Rosaland, but I'd steer clear of Von Detton. I wish I'd never heard of Equity Trust.

We are very sorry for the customer’s negative experience. We do note that Equity Trust is a separate company that is unaffiliated with Rosland.

Eric is either unscrupulous or inept. He is a disservice to Rosalyn Capital‘s good name.
May 2021 we told Eric we wanted to invest about $64,000 in silver Eagle one ounce coins. Eric said a better investment with a bigger return would be in silver eagle proofs rather than the simple coins. We followed his advice and purchased 591 proofs at $109 each for a total of $64,419. When we talked to him a year or two later and asked how the proofs could drop so much in value when the simple coins were increasing in value, he said the mint released more coins which drive down the investment. We feel he did not have our interests in mind but perhaps a personal interest getting a larger commission. To date these proofs have not come up in value to their original price while the silver eagles have more than doubled in price. The price back in may 2021 silver one ounce eagle was close to $26 and today it is approx $52. If the proofs were even equal in value to the coins, each proof would be around $218. Instead the price 41/2 years later is LESS than what we purchased them for ($93each). All my other silver investments have doubled in value, but not what Eric touted as superior. I also called Friday October 27 asking him to call me back. To date he has not.

We are very sorry that the reviewer had an unsatisfactory customer experience. We note that Rosland discloses the pricing of, and potential risks and benefits and other material information about, the precious metals being purchased in its written materials sent to, and its recorded confirmations with, its customers.

On my last purchase of gold coins
On my last purchase of gold coins, I pd. $$ in advance but waited too many wks. to receive the coins. Your adverting says "no hassle/speedy delivery, etc." but my actual experience was HASSLE, AND MANY (~15 wks+-) WEEKS DELIVERY. Correspondence with agent and Rosland was POOR. It got soo bad had to make a report to local police dept. and they had to contact Cal. PD to finally get delivery.

Rosland takes negative reviews seriously and sincerely apologizes for the delay and his unsatisfactory customer experience.

BEWARE--- Major RIP-OFF Artists!!!!
What a RIP-OFF operation! I owned their COINS for several years in the Biden Administration with gold SOARING toward the $3K mark, and when I sold them back to Rosland I ended up LOSING MONEY!!! There are NO phone or email contact people to COMPLAIN TO, other than (apparantly) this "Trust Pilot!" Does anybody have "William Devane's" phone number ( ie; their TV commercial guy), so I can call him and tell him what a SCAM he is representing??? STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE- trust me!!!!

My uncle sent them $50,000 via…
In response to more lies from Rosland: we have paperwork proving that they took over 3 months to deliver the merchandise and within that timeframe we requested a refund (which we also have paperwork to prove) they violated California Civil Code § 1812.600–1812.60 when they took longer than 28 days to deliver the merchandise and refused to allow us to cancel the order.
Regardless of any "declaimers" they claim to put on their brochures you should really just avoid doing busines with them because they are going to overcharge you and then hide behind those disclosures when you ask for your money back. Keep in mind, gold is us $800 since we made our purchase and we arent asking for a cent in profit so if you're looking at this as an investment just know gold will probably have to quadruple in value in order for you to break even.
My uncle sent them $50,000 via bankwire. He was told they would send him gold coins that was very rare and worth more because of how rare it was. After months of not receiving anything and placing numerous phone calls leaving several messages requesting a refund and to cancel the order that were never returned he decided to report this to the authorities. After the state attorney got involved they finally sent him a package with (22) 1/4 oz gold coins that I was able to find for sale online for about $1,000 each. At this point, gold had increased in value by over $500/oz. Clearly they made more than a $30,000 profit on my uncle's 50,000 "investment." We reached out requesting a refund immediately but they dodged his calls for almost two weeks and then as soon as they called back they said "sorry, its past the 8 day return policy- we cant give you back your money."
So you're telling me with gold up 15% he cant even get back his original investment when he asked for a refund before they even sent the coins? Shady, fraudulent compay. Please DO NOT do business with them.
We are making complaints with the state attorney general, the FBI, and the postal inspector and we will not stop until the money is returned.

Rosland takes customer complaints seriously. Here, a number of allegations by the complainant, the nephew of Rosland’s customer, are at odds with the facts.
First, in response to an inquiry to Rosland from a representative at the Florida state agency that the customer never received the metals he had purchased, Rosland quickly provided evidence of such delivery. Only after several inquiries by the Florida representative to the customer, did the customer acknowledge that full delivery of the metals had in fact occurred, though at first, he contended that only some of the metals had been delivered to him. (Contrary to the complainant’s allegation, the delivery of metals to the customer occurred in advance of any inquiry made to Rosland by the Florida state agency.)
Second, in connection with the purchase by the customer of precious metals, Rosland made a number of disclosures in its customer agreement, brochure and invoice and in a recorded confirmation, of the risks, pricing and other material factors as to the metals being sold.
Third, Rosland’s Senior Compliance Officer spoke to the customer on September 29th and the customer did not mention or request a refund or potential sale of his metals. The Senior Compliance Officer is available if the customer has any matters involving his metals he wishes to discuss in the future.

Shorted gold Rosland me or was missing
Shorted gold Rosland me or was missing. Working with them went nowhere and they refused to provide information. I'm taking around $100,000 + missing. I asked proof to see what was packed in the 6 boxes they sent me and why some of material in the box was with different companies. None of my questions were answered. They are good at trying to blame other. I actually have videos of the boxes opened. Order was over $300,000+. Even sold gold back to them in their holder. Have picture of container. Their person said what I sent was short??? The charge it cost you to buy and sell back is much higher than most companies. Even the friendly sales person avoids informing you about the cost even after the legal words are given you.

Rosland takes negative reviews seriously. Rosland’s Senior Compliance Officer has discussed this matter on a number of occasions with the reviewer, and it has been conveyed to the reviewer that Rosland believes all the coins purchased by him were sent to him.
