Please contact the Rosland office in London, UK - [email protected] - as that is a different company. We understand Rosland UK returned a call from Mr Dickens and that no “cold calls” were made. With regards, Rosland Capital USA

They keep cold calling my 78yr old mum with dementia and selling her items. The item value is 25% of what they charge her for it 5 times now Last one was £1100 for a coin She now has very little money for the month Because she has dementia she thinks it’s all fine Shameful , immoral and heartbreaking. Hope you’re enjoying your bonus off the back of my mums misery

Dear Ms. Holmes, Please contact the Rosland office in London, UK, as that is a different company. Please also advise them of your mother’s name. They are very keen to give a full refund if she has bought something you feel is not of good value. For the record, the mark-up on items of that value will not be anywhere near your suggestion. They have no wish to sell to anybody with health problems as you suggest. Nor would they "keep calling them." But do please email them and/or call them and they will be sure to refund your mother. With regards, Rosland USA

The whole experience has been extremely stressful for my mother who has dementia. They use hard sale techniques and persuaded a vulnerable adult to buy gold coins at over inflated prices with the likely hood of making a profit being near to zero. There customer services is awful , we have found them to be rude, unhelpful and I’d say Arrogant. Once I finally got some help they made agreements that they have not followed through after three months of chasing and the situation is still not resolved. Stay well away, if I could have picked no stars I would have.
